We are not bridezilla/groomzilla but there are a few things to note:

• With the exception of shoes (see last bullet point), this is a mostly formal occasion meaning generally suits and dresses. If you do not own a suit jacket then slacks and a nice button up should be good (tucked in with belt obviously). As for a tie, we leave that to you.
• The "official" wedding colors are purple and blue (think amethyst and aquamarine) with a little blush mixed in for those who would like to know. Feel free to wear any of those colors. We do not mind at all.
• The only color to NOT wear is white. This is a wedding... So no white dresses and no white suits (white dress shirt as part of a suit is fine obviously). (Do not break this rule...)
• For shoe choices, please take into consideration where you will be walking. The gravel drive and grass in the second picture on the directions page is what you will be walking on to get from your car to the venue and grass is what you will be walking on for the ceremony. Inside the venue are concrete floors, but outside is not. If everyone shows up in nice suits and pretty dresses wearing sneakers that is perfectly fine with us. The bride and groom will probably be in sneakers for the reception and the bride might even get married in sneakers too! We do NOT want anyone getting hurt by attending our wedding!
