Check out Our Story in the top menu for some background information. When we fist started talking on Bumble, we had what many people have had. A Jinx moment where we both sent pretty much the same text to each other at the same time. This first one happened the day after the Wednesday described in the "Getting to know you..." section, third paragraph.

We happened to say good morning at the same time. It was funny but that happens with everyone. Over the next week and a half though, we kept having Jinx moments. Either within a couple seconds we would send the same message to each other or over the phone we would say the same or almost the same thing at the same time. This wasn't a few times over that week and a half, it happened on average once or twice a day (I have been through our text messages to get that timeframe right).

During and after our first date, we would regularly say almost the same thing or be thinking the same thing at the same time. It happened so frequently, that it just became our thing. Since I initially wrote this page, I have paid more attention to counting these moments and they happen usually a couple times a day at minimum. I regularly comment that we are very similar with just enough differences to keep things interesting. :)
